Terms of engagement and fees<\/span><\/h2>\n

Our fees are set in full transparency with each client and are formalised in a <\/span>fee agreement or engagement letter<\/span><\/strong> signed prior to any intervention.<\/span><\/p>\n

Depending on the nature of the matter and the client\u2019s needs, services may be:
\n– billed on a time-spent basis<\/strong>, according to the hourly rate<\/span>, or
\n– provided under a <\/span>fixed fee<\/span><\/strong> agreed in advance<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The firm\u2019s hourly rate is \u20ac350 excluding VAT<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

A retainer<\/span><\/strong> is required upon signature of the engagement letter, amounting to 40% of the agreed fixed fee, or, in case of hourly billing, the equivalent of 2 hours of work.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fees reflect the lawyer\u2019s specific expertise, the foreseeable complexity of the matter, and the information provided by the client during the preparation of the quotation.<\/p>\n

Pursuant to applicable professional regulations, clients must also provide a copy of a valid identity document (national ID, front and back, or passport) and a copy of a certificate of incorporation or equivalent company registration document (such as a Companies House extract in the UK or a Certificate of Good Standing in North America).<\/span> Without these documents and the retainer payment, the firm cannot begin work on the matter.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
